Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By making use of this website and our products all customers are required to accept all terms and conditions in this page.

PRIVACY POLICY
OVR Software keeps data of all customers confidential and private. This information is not forwarded to any third party for selling products or other purposes. OVR Software products does not collect any information from mobile phones and computers other than what is required for successful operation of service.

REFUND POLICY
If there is any issue with functioning of software on your phone or computer then we shall work with you to resolve the issue. If issue can not be resolved only then a refund will be issued. Customer is required to report the issue within 10 days of purchase. There are absolutely no refunds after 10 days of purchase.
Customer bears the responsibility of installation of software on the target phone or computer. In the event a purchase is made under the false assumption that physical access is not needed to install the software on the target phone or computer , OVR Software is not liable to issue any refund.

All our products are distributed and licensed on an "as is" basis and no warranties or guarantees of any kind are promised by our products as to their performance, reliability or suitability to any given task. In no event shall our products be liable for any loss of data or any damages of any kind, financial, physical, emotional or other, which might arise from its use.
